We all know the new year is a time we make resolutions.

For many these resolutions are connected with health, fitness and wellbeing. So, how about giving yourself the best chance to stick to them by starting out in the right way?

*If you’re starting a new healthy eating plan – give your kitchen a good declutter and get organised. Out with the bad, clear space and set your work surface up for the Vitamix, Nutribullet or just the chopping board!

*More exercise? Рget your work out clothes from the bottom of the wardrobe and into their own designated drawer. Easily accessible.

*Time for yourself? – Work bit by bit through your home, declutter and streamline and reap the benefits of time.

*If your resolution is to save and not spend – declutter your inbox. ‘Unsubscribe’ to all of those newsletters tempting you to buy. Get your paperwork sorted and feel more organised.

I truly believe it all starts at home. Make small and obvious changes connected to your resolutions and give yourself a better chance of sticking to them…

My resolution? To write more blogs of course!
